Zecco + TheStreet = Investing Content You Can Act On

I love it when a partnership works out! Let me explain my enthusiasm.

As you know, Zecco has always been committed to giving you relevant investing content and easy ways to act on it. We want you to feel better informed and more confident about your investing decisions. So, we’re constantly looking for world-class content partners and new ways to bring their material to you.

In my last post, I introduced Options Boot Camp, a series of full-length audio programs designed to educate options traders of all skill levels. I’m glad to see that many of you have tuned in to learn more about topics like The Greeks and Writing Calls & Puts. It’s important for investors to understand both the uses and risks of powerful investing tools like options.

Today, I want to tell you about our newest partnership with TheStreet (TST), the online financial media company co-founded by Jim Cramer. (Can I get a BOOYAH!?) We’ve been working hard to find the best ways to make TheStreet’s investing content and Zecco’s trading functionality work together.

Here are the first two results.

Market Pulse

I don’t have to explain to self-directed investors like you that the financial markets have developed hair-trigger responses to news. Whether it’s an election in Europe, a natural disaster in Asia, or budget gridlock in Washington, the markets react instantly. It’s more important than ever to be able to act quickly when news breaks.

The newest section under Quotes & Research on the Zecco website is now “Market Pulse – The Vital Signs of the Markets” and is powered by TheStreet. Here, our customers can directly read up on a world-class source of market-moving news and trading ideas. Of course, all this new content is Zap Trade enabled so that Zecco customers can place stock trades directly from the spot where the ideas are presented, using Zecco’s proprietary technology.

To quote Elisabeth DeMarse, CEO of TheStreet:

“We’re excited to partner with Zecco, adding portions of TheStreet’s premium content, investment commentary and real-time news feeds to enhance Zecco’s content offering to its customers.”

Stockpickr

In the spirit of a true partnership, TheStreet has also enabled portions of its StockPickr site with Zap Trade functionality. Users can now click to open a trade ticket and place an order with Zecco Trading directly from StockPickr.

Please take a look at the first two innovations from Zecco’s new partnership with TheStreet, and be on the lookout for more. As always, good luck with your investments!

I have a technology application that you will be interested in…. several other larger firms are interested,, the question is who will come to the table with a contract first?  not only will enhance your active traders volume, but can actually make them money rather then break even or lose…

The customer Sevice sucks with this company.  I had a wire transfer that was sent to my Zecco Trading accoung Thursday 05/17/2012.  I have been treated like no one cares…. I still do not have my money and apparently there are no supervisors to speak with.  I am going to get an attorney today because I should not have to come to tears on the phone with one of your reps to get my money.I am so upset I am crying as I type this email. I needed my money within a specific timeframe and… it’s to late.  I still do not have my money and Ihave been told in 30 mins the money will be there and i’ts been another 2 hours.I am going to file a complaint with every federal office I can find and I am going to request my account be audited.  There is no reason a 1 day transaction should take this long
